Went to the beach with Dakota today. Tanned, worked out, read each others mind, watched the surfers, ate completely healthy then had ice cream =)

Today was a fantastic day. I woke up around 8am to get ready for a really fun photoshot! I met two really sweet girls in the process, Christie the model, and Jessica the stylist along with my friend whom I already knew Arianna the hair dresser!!

Last night I went to the CSUN highschool art show case where my painting was displayed! It was cool, I actually saw quite a few people I knew who had other art pieces from other schools. After that my boyfriend & I went to yogurt zone! yummmmm

As I sit here with my 72 lb boxer in my lap I could say that today was a good day! A very funny day! Although I wouldn't beable to explain to any of you because my friends & I have a very weird imaginative sense of humor that most don't understand...so I'm sorry! Love emmmmm

So I'm sitting here in yearbook class on blogger because the "blocking" website for my school is down today. It's a miracle.

Yesterday Dakota & I got these friendship bracelets in the dollar section @ Target yesterday. When we got out of the store and opened them we realized they both say "best"...how can best friends BOTH be best? That's probably how friends stop being friends because they both think they're the best. That is probably why they were in the dollar section haha



& my newest painting! I first was just going to paint a scene...then I realized how boring it was so I wanted to do something different & put hands there. The tattoo says "Close your eyes, Open your heart". I love that saying, I saw it once as a tattoo before and so it inspired me to paint it!

Winter Formal was last night. It was really fun actually. I don't have that many pictures because I took pictures with everyone on THEIR cameras haha. Anyways I got my hair done by my friend Arianna Barr (click) She went to Paul Mitchell the school, she is amazing! Then afterwards my friend & I went to Megan's house and hungout, then by the end of the night we started playing charades...funniest thing ever. Oh & my boyfriend got my really pretty flowers as a surprise! I love him.

It's funny how the news is always complaining how California needs more rain...but when we do get it, they complain about it. As I always say, "no one is ever truely happy"...and it's so true.


I love my dogs although my favorite one is on the right. She keep pawing at the glass door to be let outside but once they see it raining they both backup and look at me like "are you crazy...I'm not going out there". So cute haha.


On another note, I really love blackberries. I would have to say they are in my top 3 category of fruits. Tangerines being first, and grapes being second. AND I really like Shakiras new song "give it up to me". Have a lovely rainy night.

I haven't laughed SO hard than I have laughed today. I love days like these, minus the rain.

It rained all day, and it was kind of nice. I actually don't like the rain, but occasionally I find it peaceful. You know, those days were you sit around and watch movies...today was that day! My boyfriend came over around noon and we just watched some TV, made lunch and relaxed. We got a little bored so we went down to blockbuster and rented Four Christmas', I really like that movie actually. I'm not the type to sit at home and watch a movie so when I do I know it was a good movie. After that we took a walk right before it got dark and came home to a delicious dinner! Yum.

Today I went hiking with my friend Ali, got some lunch and then did a photoshoot with John Stratton for his music career (www.myspace.com/johnnystratmusic) only to realize I didn't have a computer to work on tonight! So my aunts boyfriend kindly lent me his laptop for tonight or even perhaps a few nights! I am thankful. OH & I am hired to do engagement photos soon, I'm really happy...it's expanding not only my experience but my "age group" of people I shoot too!

My macbook isn't working! so at the moment I am sitting in the macstore only to find out my appointment is at 6:45 and not 6:15 anymore. isn't that frustrating? I hope nothing is seriously wrong with it...this computer is where I invest all my time with my job, school and boredom. =(

So I am currently drinking a venti sweetened black ice tea sitting on the computer waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up... soon to regret the decision of having to much sugar. I used to drink these all the time in the summer but ever since, well I don't know when, I just started drinking water 95% of the time. I can't handle this much sugar anymore, it's sickening. It's weird how sugar can be poison, in a sense, to the body. Oh well, leaving that note I had a great day! In Econ class we learned about how Wal-Mart is taking over the world, literally. It's gross. I grew up never shopping at Wal-Mart because my step dad works in a union and Wal-Mart is not a union so union people are anti non-union people? does that make sense? I hope. Anyways, in my understanding of it, it is that Wal-Mart takes over the little family run business' of quality and it makes a one-stop market for all your needs. It kind of makes people have a lazier mentality and makes things a lot easier without the effort. AND what I learned is lets say they are selling microwaves for 29.50...you think that is a really great price but when you go to the microwave section you already have the mind-set that everything is that low too...so you when you want to buy the higher quality microwave it might even be more than another store. It's all psychological. So now, I just don't shop at Wal-Mart...not because of my parents beliefs but because of my own beliefs built upon my parents.

I woke up this morning to rain and having the thought it was thursday...only to find out it is only wednesday! It also was really cold today, so I decided to wear my boots. Dakota has the same ones as me but in brown, and when I left for school this morning I had this feeling she was going to wear them & she did!

it's only because we're twins =)

Bought winter formal tickets today. It's kind of crazy that 4 of my closest girlfriends, including myself all have boyfriends which in the end makes for a perfect formal table.

Woke up to dakota texts saying "updates?". Got ready. Ate breakfast. Went hiking with dakota. Had a flat tire. Drove home with a flat tire. Ate lunch at Dakotas. Waited for Dakotas mom to fix the tire. Was thankful for that. Went to yogurt zone. Got really full. Came home. Showered. Cleaned my room. Did my homework. Painted my nails yellow with pink flowers. Good day. & Goodnight to waking up sore tomorrow morning.

I'm still mesmerized how great Wicker was. Funny story, one of the band members went to my elementary school. Anyways they are definiately my new favorite (local) band...not that I had one before or anything. I would have to say they are definitely better live than on track, but that's just my opinion..almost like a little review! Bekka & I are probably going to go see them again on the 15th or 23rd! So excited. 

(+)So I spent to rest of the night with Joey in Santa Monica at the pier. We got there a little before the sunset, it was really nice. Anyways when we were heading back to the car Joey found a 50 dollar bill in the sand at night time! we were going to go out to dinner with it but EVERY place had a hour wait so we ended up going to baja fresh, which is actually one of my favorite places anyways.

Last night was so siqq, so let me explain...
My good friend Bekka Gunther interns for The Signal newspaper and is really into communications! So she gets in contact with really cool local bands and interviews them, with my luck she brings me along to take the photographs! We also had another accompliance Jeff, who videographed the interviews & live performance. Anyways so all I thought, we were going to go to interview the bands and leave, cool I thought, I mean that's nothing different from what we normally do! But instead we got wristbands that let us in backstage, and we didn't have to pay for the tickets might I add. So we got there, heard the first two bands, whatever, then we did a interview & mini photoshoot with Assemble The Skyline (ATS). They were really cool, once we were finished we went down to the stage and watched them perform! They were awesome! I'd love to see them again. Then after we went backstage again and did another photoshoot/interview with The Divine, cool people as well. I've met them/did a photoshoot back in 09 before so it was cool seeing them again! after that we helped cracked some of there glow sticks for there performance. While we were waiting and excited for The Divine to play, this band named Wicker played. They were amazing! I would have to say my favorite I heard that night, they definately know how to have fun and pump up a crowd. Then The Divine played, a really great show...andI'm glad I got to be a part of it.
