Dark was the night...AMAZING. Basically it's a charity fund for HIV & AIDS in vinyl and digital. It's a collection of independent and incredible artists so as, Justin Vernon, Feist, Ben Gibbard, Iron & Wine, Spoon, Sufjan Stevens, The New Pornographers, Cat power, Grizzly Bear and MORE.

I'm so happy I have discovered this, it's deff hits the spot in my musical taste.

I have been listening to a lot of Mumford & Sons, Noah Gunderson....and Taylor Swift. That is a stretch to admit that, I guess I don't want to ruin my indish-genre-reputation. Her sons are pretty catchy, but not for all the time.

it's kind of depressing to me that I've seen/heard (almost) ALL of the videos on youtube consisting Bon Iver...and I have read all of the interviews. I know so much of the band and Justin himself, it's crazy! mabye a little creepy...nah. I hope he goes back on tour soon and I predict SO MANY people I know will go to his concert! I am made so many people fall in love with him =)

Today I noticed in my Econ class that she is counting how many days till graduation, there are 36 days...THIRTY-SIX. This is about 5 weeks, give or take...FIVE WEEKS. What the heck? Where has the time gone? It's starting to hit me because people were taking about the senior video, as well as filming for it. It's so insane. I really feel I'm a senior now, and tomorrow is our last breakfast and next week we have flour babies! All the things I have heard about since I was 11 and in 7th grade are finally coming alive and I am living them. I really am starting to love everyone in my class, why has it taken so long for me to discover this? It's almost sad. 36 days is nothing compared to 6 years stuck in one school with the same people summer after summer.

I will admit, I'm a little attached =)

Today day 111! so it kind of reminds me about how I've been wishing on 11:11 for about 4 years now! that is so crazy. I used to catch and wish upon it everyday, twice a day. It was insane. I no longer go out of my way to wish upon it because it is silly, if you really think about it. Although I still catch the time still, and when I do I get a little excited. But more often then not I feel myself praying to God when I catch it rather then wishing upon a 60 second image on my phone. 11:11 used to be kind of important to me in a way, and I got handfuls of people "hooked" on wishing on it. So dumb, but hey, I was young haha.

Applying to a bunch of random summer camps in the valley. My situation is frustrating because a lot of regular paid summer jobs have to be high school graduates along with being 18 years of age. But me, I'll be graduating in may but turning 18 after summer! BUT, I have been working with kids for 3 years now. I'm still applying =)

I just don't want to be spending money all summer and not having any sort of income! I guess until I get a real job, I'm stuck with these camp ones :P

I find myself hanging out with Brianna every single day! haha we went to church this morning, then got yogurt zone. We weren't going to hangout but then we ended up deciding to go swimming and tanning and last minute decided to go to Topanga and shop for prom shoes. Absolutely no luck. Oh well!

Happy 1 year of driving! Now I can drive people...well at least legally hahah and I guess I drive all hours of the night.

Today I went to my friend Katies because my other friend Arianna did her hair & makeup! I took photos, and I absolutely love them! Later my friend Brianna slept over because my parents were out of town for the night. Yikes, I would never be home alone over night!

Today felt like Monday only because tuesday night felt like a saturday and yesterday felt like the weekend as well, because it was ditch day! Now tomorrow is friday and we get to dress all funny and have a extended lunch for marriage. I love this week haha.

I went to school and got "proposed" to by two guys! The "wedding" is friday! and we get to dress up like a famous couple. I was SOO suprized to have two guys! I thought I only had one, it was cool tho. I love being completely suprized.



Later my friends & I went to club dance!!!! finally! It's like a underage club. Brianna & I have been meaning to go there for a while now!!

Today was a gloomy day. I went to church. It was a good service. We celebrated grandparents and with that we studied Proverbs 16:31
"Gray hair is a crown of splendor;
it is attained by a righteous life."

I don't really know how to put this into words because I did not take a bunch of notes...which I wish I did now. But basically God considers righteous the elder who has stayed faithful to Him his whole life. Staying strong as a christian, instead of starting strong and becoming weak. You should never say to yourself "I wish I was as strong as I was back then" instead do the opposite and crave to become closer to God.

We also touched on the subject of what we all have heard which goes something like with God all things are possible and basically without him we can do nothing. He is the only one who strengthens us. We were given the analogy of a grapevine...Jesus is the root and we are the branches.
He told us about how in the bible there will be some people who go to heaven and were a pastors, missionaries, and people who have casted out demons...they lived there whole life for God but didn't have a personal relationship with him and therefore God told him depart from my I never knew you. It's a scary thought. It just reminds me how I need to be part of the grapevine and produce fruit of Jesus.


After that I went to lunch with Dakota, Jon, and Daniel.

woo day 100! & This year is going by incredibly fast.

Today I went with Brianna as her guest to the Miss Teen California/USA thing in Manhattan Beach. Sponsered by Donald Trumps wife...something like that. There was like a red carpet and cameras flashing everywhere. We got free scarfs as well. It was just a over all cool event!

Today I had my last dentist appointment.
I took a nap because I was so hungry but I couldn't eat because my mouth was really numb from shot. I was also really tired because I've been waking up at 8 everyday this whole entire break, almost. So it was nice.
I ate salmon for dinner..I was soo happy because that was the thing I missed most being vegetarian
Then, I went to forever 21 and got new clothes!

Woke up early again. Drove down to Venice beach where we shopped and laid out on the beach. It was a really really nice day today. I felt really relaxed and content, well except for the 2 hours ride back---so much ridiculous traffic. Where is everyone going? Went back to Brianna's and ate out left overs along with some salad and strawberries while watching disaster date. I enjoyed today!

Woke up early for the dentist...I had to get a cavity filled. I am a CHICKEN when it comes to that. Didn't eat till around 1 because the numbness last for 3 hours. Picked up my car from the chevy dealer- there was a recall. Went to Briannas house. Went to dinner with Megan & Brianna. Jacuzzied it. Slept over at Briannas- one of the funniest nights ever.

so much to say and only one blog post a day to say it! I LOVE THE WORLD. I'm so in love with everyone and everything at the moment, haha!

Yesterday I went to Hollywood with Bekka and hit up Ameoba Records and searched in the clearance sections for new music. So cheap , it's about 1.99 each. I picked based on the covers of the cds. They have a deal of buy 4 and get the cheapest one free. I got 4 cds for 7 bucks!

I actually saw Megafaun when I saw Bon Iver on Sept 27 2009 (aka the best night of my entire life) they were pretty good! I like them even more now that I have there cd.

Well today, was kind of frustrating but it got better!
I took my placement tests with my friend Katie at Santa Monica college! let's just say I should take my math test over again =) my english was pretty good tho!
Later I went to my friend Kristens house and helped her out with her photography assignment of doing a stop motion! I was her model! It's cute. Here's some photos from it =)










I'm going to bed RIGHT NOW! I've had to get up every day early since break started besides monday! I really wanted to read my bible tonight but I am soo sleep deprived! I will tomorrrow! Love you all!!!!!!

I also have to get my film developed!it's just out of a crappy disposable but I'm excited for them!

HAPPY EASTER!
I went to church with Brianna this morning, I loved it! Besides the little adventure we had I thought the service was really great! I came home and got ready for Lunch at my Aunts with my whole family! I ate a really small piece of chicken and realized I wasn't missing out on much. I definitely am going to eat meat MUCH less and I doubt I will eat red meat again because I just don't crave it anymore (well except for ground beef in my macaroni).

Woke up this morning got starbucks with one of my best friends Dakota =)




Then headed over to my friend Daniels house, where I asked him to prom. He graduated from my school last year, and he's a friend. I heard he wanted to go, and his best friend was going with my best friend so I thought it was a perfect opportunity for everyone to be happy haha. He said yes hah.






Then Dakota & I got slurpees & lotto tickets! I'm not even 18 =) but we both won 3 bucks each! it was cool!




Then went prom dress shopping & she got her dress then we went to chipotle.



After the day seemed like it was over, Christine & I went to the movies and saw The Last Song, yeah I definitely cried. Then we got Stonefire.
