each day has felt like an entire weekend since saturday, I have been doing SO much!
today I took engagement photos for a girl who used to watch me in elementary school in day care!




then a surprise 18th birthday for my friend Derek!

yesterday, I graduated then went out to lunch with my family, then went shopping (and got so many cute things), then a graduation party:







today I went to church & the beach with Brianna's cousins from Arkansas and her grandparents, then went to another graduation party. So much fun!

I am officially a highschool graduate!!

Grad night was last night/this morning! So fun! :) it's so trippy, by the time we left it was morning.
mass beatbox on the bus, "my back hurts, I must be growing up", hanging out with KT, the music being louder on the outside of the club,"first hand", "hey hey F YOU....eveyone we are a christian school by the way", BTW YSD,rice krispies, csheasar schalads on schaturdays, nope *pop*, seeing everyone I know from every school besides my own, I'M DROWSY!!!, ice cream for breakfast, "I cut out my tongue last night but it didn"t hurt at all" being so freaking tired on the bus yet laughing about every single thing.



we got back to school at 8am, I dropped Brianna off and this is the view from her appartment...so pretty :)
I slept till 2 today, it was so nice. graduation tomorrow!!

so I officially have a a job! summer camp, but it's like a REAL staff job..I'm so excited and I had a second interview for another one, if I can balance both I am going to take both offers!

So I was reading crazy love while waiting in line to take my SMC placement tests (again...) and my great grandmother, the person who lent me the book highlighted her favorite verses, so I thought I would do the same in a different color so she knew they were important to me. Although not only am I highlight bible verses but other phrases or metaphors Francis Chan throws at me that I want to remember.

Some thing that really caught my attention while I was reading was the "love is patient love is kind....blah blah blah" was when he said to, instead of read "love" replace the word "love" with your name. It was humbling because that is not who I am but who I want to be. Christianity isn't that easy for me, because God doesn't want the half-hearted believer that I am...He wants all of me and it's really hard to give him that. In the Chapter I am reading, it is about the rich man and how it is hard for him to enter the kingdom of God...it's so true!

Another verse that makes me humbled and hungry for God is Hosea 13:6 which says "When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me" God is so good to me, and that verse explains how I am and how I want to change...it's a never ending walk with him but I love it.

Oh yeah, and as for the test goes... I got a higher score on my math but stayed at the same level on english. Grr, I have one more chance to take it, I think I should study really hard and retry.

So I love the matte colors, the bottle, and the end result of Urban Outfitters nail polish but it is seriously like painting your fingers with water colors! You have to do at least four coats for it to look decent. They are like 5 bucks too or 2 for 8. I own the yellow and teal right now, and I really want the purple and light-ish blue but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

For many people who know me, know that I have this intense passion for health and nutrition. (although I love ice cream don't get me wrong) One thing that I REALLY think is a waist of time to eat is yogurt. Why not just eat a piece of fruit? In yogurt you're getting all the natural sugars from the fruits along with added sugars to make it taste good...and who know's what other crap they put in it, creams and all those chemicals. Some of the 'lite' yogurts contain aspertame in them...which is also found in the diet drinks which is actually horrible for you. I haven't eaten yogurt in sooo long, I really don't even find a craving for it- it's such a waist. I might as well eat a bowl of ice cream.

Just food for thought... literally. haha.

Okay so anyways, I thought today was sunday like all day. I love when that happens because then you get all excited knowing you have one more day of the weekend. Anyways, I tanned & shopped with Brianna. Then had dinner with my Grandma & Aunt. Came home and signed up for my SMC classes!! So crazy, but I'm so excited for college!!!

Graduating in exactly one week! I'm ready, sad, and excited all at the same time! I felt sad all week long knowing my last day of real high school was friday...but you have to look at it as EVERYONE graduates and moves on and so do I...just have to be ready for what life gives you. I put all my trust in the Lord and I know he will do whatever is right for me with my life.

Oh and I painted my Aunts nails with cheetah print :) No they are not decals, I actually painted them by hand haha

Today was graduation practice, it's so crazy! wearing our cap and gowns and all...it's just weird because I remember seeing the seniors practice in previous years and now it's US, in less then two weeks I will have graduated. It's also really sad writing in yearbooks "good luck next year in college" WTH? I'm not going to see these people anymore? 6 years of my life spent with them, most of them at least and NOW I'm just starting to bond with them. It's like no one cares about anything negative and were all focusing on friendship...so ad. well, last day of real school tomorrow! I wanna cry hahahha I'm going to make the best of it<3

anyways...we got out at 12 so some of my friends & I went to red robin and saw other people from our school so we all decided to go to a park- all the guys played basketball and we just watched haha, then got bored so went to the store and bought popsicles for everyone. Later we went to Dereks house and swam and hung out.

SENIOR TRIP!!! i love my class so much, you guys are all amazing and such beautiful people!!! you mean so much to me <3 class of 2010!!!! so we took the train down the Santa Barbara, my group had lunch, went to the zoo, walked around, watched the skate park, then went on the beach and had dinner with the whole senior class, took pictures and all bonded! On the way back was really fun/funny, we played the name game and did ridiculous dares. I'm going to miss you guys soo much!

The yearbooks came out yesterday! & I really love it, and I think it came out well. I'm so happy I was apart of the class, even with all the frustrating times I experienced- we all came together and accomplished a entire book. Even if there is imperfections and mishaps, it still is a great book.
My main thing was the senior superlatives, which I thought of the idea, took and edited the photos! I got many compliments on it :) I did other stuff too, but that is what I poured my soul into hahaha

As I read the first 25 pages, that quote really stood out to me & it is so true...anyways, I'm excited to read this book but for now I am off to the academic award ceremony at school. Went to church then lunch with Brianna, then headed over to Lexys were we were going to do a photoshoot with another girl but it didn't end up working out but I'm glad because we came up with a better idea but next time!

I've been in such a thoughtful stage of my life lately, I have been thinking of the most bizzare and intense situations lately that no one would really ever think of- well at least say out loud. My thoughts just keep getting crazier as the days progress, I like it...but sometimes people just don't understand where I'm coming from haha.

Saturday I had a photoshoot with my friend Jodi. If you didn't catch the theme, she is portraying a mermaid. She bought this dress last year for her senior prom, but didn't end up liking it, so asked me if I wanted to wear it... I didn't like it either so we figured we could use it for a shoot...a very expensive piece of clothing for a 30 minute shoot but it still worked! But finally we accomplished this shoot because we have had it planned for almost a year! :)




then I slept over at my friend Jennas house...I haven't hung out with her in like a year! but prior to that I was at her house EVERY.SINGLE.WEEKEND. I missed it! definitely going to hang out with her more often <3

Today was such a good day!
I had a really nice day at school today, one of the best in the long time....
Then after school I went to a job interview for a summer camp! It went really well, everyone else who was interviewing was really awesome and we played about 15 games that each of us had prepared! loved it! I would love to work t here, but definitely a tough competition! & I'm still 17! The job said you had to be 18 years older but they still let me apply. I'm praying for the best!

Today I met & shot with a model named Jessica Duarte, she is very sweet! Arianna Barr did amazing job of her hair & makeup....what else is new :)





Later I had dinner with a few friends, Derek, Lindsay, Brianna & the other Derek. Lindsay & Derek made us Chicken, Raviolis, Salad, and Veggies! It was great.




Then Brianna slept over, worst part of my day! haha :Q
